Directions for use:

Adults and children over 12 years of age: two (2) scoops (10g) three (3) times a day in 200 ml water. (Daily dose of 30g) ‘ Children under 12 years of age: one (1) scoop (5g) three (3) times a day in 200 ml water. (Daily dose of 15g)
